Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your 850 AI account from the app or request deletion without reinstalling or signing in.

Delete from the app

  1. Sign in to 850 AI.
  2. Open your profile menu and select Manage Profile.
  3. Scroll to Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE and confirm.

This immediately removes your login, profile, uploaded identity documents, credit-report data, and alert history.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@my850.ai from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “850 AI Account Deletion Request.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Data retention

Account and personal profile data are deleted after verification. Records that must be retained for fraud prevention, transaction accounting, legal filings, dispute correspondence, or regulatory compliance may be kept only for the required period. Retained records are not used to recreate your account.

If you have a website membership, request cancellation before deleting your account or include the cancellation request in your email so future renewals can be stopped.
